Worldwide Development & Fundraising Resources helps leaders of Methodist colleges, universities, seminaries, schools and their host Conferences or Churches, achieve a more vital, impactful future. Together, we design best practices (mission clarification, strategic planning, governance, stakeholder relations, fundraising, growing generous disciples) adapted to the cultures and environments in which they will be implemented.

RECENT ACTIVITIES
- In partnership with Iglesia Metodista en el Uruguay (Methodist Church in Uruguay), facilitated a three-day workshop for lay and clergy leaders to “reTHINK Generosity” and help their churches, schools, and ministries build a prosperous, sustainable future.
- Facilitated a “generosity design lab” for the Methodist Church of Southern Africa (more than 2000 societies and ministries in six countries) to create their curriculum taught throughout the MCSA by their own lay and clergy leaders.
- In the Baltic region, led four days of hands-on organizational development and fundraising workshops on creating a fruitful vision, building partnerships, designing a path for collaboration around shared outcomes, and doing, not just talking, for a seminary’s governing board, faculty, staff, and students. Worked with Conference lay and clergy leaders to increase ministry impact and invite investment of time, talent, and treasure from new ministry partners around the world.
