As Director of the LEAD Hub United States, I work with United Methodist churches, schools, colleges, and universities on projects that cultivate social and ecological responsibility, specifically in the areas of social justice and climate justice. This includes ongoing work with the United Methodist Creation Justice Movement and with the Methodist International Student Exchange Network.

RECENT ACTIVITIES
I recently participated in the United Methodist Global Ministries EarthKeepers Training, October 5-8, 2023, in Denver, Colorado where I developed the framework for a United Methodist Higher Education Climate Justice Network in which United Methodist schools, colleges, and universities can collaborate on curricular, co-curricular, and research projects related to climate justice.
During 2023, I have been leading a series of book discussion groups and other topical conversation groups via Zoom related to climate justice, democracy, and poverty issues.
In July 2023, I participated in the joint meeting of the United Methodist University Senate and the North American Association of Methodist Schools, Colleges, and Universities held in Atlanta, Georgia and explored opportunities for the LEAD Hub United States to facilitate sustained engagement of faculty, students, and staff from United Methodist institutions of higher education on the topics of social justice, climate justice, and environmental justice.
